You'll receive automatic updates by email as the support team works on your report.
You can optionally check back here using the tracking number we email you, along with your email address, to check on progress.

You'll find your tracking number in the confirmation email you received. Enter it along with your email to check the status of your report anytime.

Your description, screenshots, and any recording travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so nothing can be read as it crosses the internet.
Your report is stored on encrypted disks. Any files you attach are sent straight to our developers and not retained on our servers.
Each report has a private link, and opening one requires both its ID and the email it was filed under.
